When you submit a tee time request, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, optional phone number, travel dates and golfing preferences.

How we use it

• To check availability and make reservations with golf courses on your behalf
• To communicate with you about your request and booking
• To arrange optional services you ask for (rentals, transfers, caddies)

We share your name and party details with golf courses and service providers only to the extent required to complete your booking. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Retention & removal

We keep booking records as long as needed for service and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us through the request form.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage. Cookies are not used for cross-site tracking.
